The Top Executive Compensation Report is published each year by Alexander Corporate Finance Oy. This report gives a comprehensive picture of the levels and trends of the overall top executive compensations in Finland. The report covers CEOs and executives who report directly to the CEO. In addition to the elements of the overall compensation, the report includes newest information on incentive programs, director contracts and supplementary pension benefits. There is also some benchmark information on the European compensation system. In 2010, the report covered over 120 companies. The 2011 report is based on the compensation information of August 2011. The Top Executive Compensation Report will be completed in October, and the company specific reports during October-December. In addition, ACF creates tailored total compensation reports for executives or for a specified group of personnel according to the needs of the company.
