Alexander Corporate Finance Oy has published the annual Director Compensation report in Finland since 1997. The Nordic Director Compensation Report 2011 includes all the Large Cap companies of NASDAQ OMX Nordic and all the Mid Cap companies from Finland and Sweden. In addition to the company specific remuneration information, it contains the number of board members, meetings and committees, the composition of remuneration (money, shares, stock options), and information about shareholdings of the board members. The report also includes detailed information about the remuneration and its composition paid for committee work as well as some international comparison basis.
We also publish a separate report of the director compensation including all the listed companies of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. The Helsinki report is published only in Finnish.
