We are part of the Alexander Group which offers consulting services to owners and companies related to remuneration, valuation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital market transactions. CEO of Alexander Group Oy is Yrjö Kopra, and Erkki Helaniemi is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Head of the Incentive Programs division of ACF is Kristina Wichmann, and the director of the Corporate Finance division is Jaakko Niemelä, who is also the CEO of ACF.
Alexander Pay Management Oy and Evli Alexander Management Oy also belong to the Alexander Group. Alexander Pay Management Oy focuses on designing pay systems for different employee groups. Evli Alexander Management Oy is owned together with Elvi Bank Plc and it focuses on the administration of share-based incentive programs.
